What to include in your report
To help us locate problems faster, please include the following when reporting an issue:
- Device model, e.g. iPhone 15 Pro or your Android phone model.
- System version, e.g. iOS 17.5 or Android 14.
- Your iThings app version.
- The screen where the problem occurred and the steps to reproduce it.
- Whether iCloud sync, Android sign-in or cloud backup is enabled.
- Screenshots or a screen recording, if possible.
- For import or export issues, the file type involved, e.g.
.chiwu, CSV or Excel.
We review and reply to feedback as soon as possible after receiving it.
